Web applications.
Backend services.
Cloud infrastructure.

I build software for businesses: internal tools, self-service platforms, and the backend and cloud infrastructure behind them. From Managua, Nicaragua, with 3+ years of experience shipping web applications that teams use every day.

What I can build for you

I take on development projects with a clear scope and work with you directly, from the first conversation to the deployment. These are the services I offer.

Discuss a project
  1. Business web applications

Build or extend internal tools, dashboards, and self-service applications for specific business workflows, using Vue.js, TypeScript, and a Node.js backend.

  2. Backend services & integrations

Develop APIs and backend features, connect application components, and work with PostgreSQL to support the data behind business processes.

  3. Cloud deployment & containers

Prepare and deploy web applications on AWS with containers, sized to what the application actually needs to run.

  4. Workflow automation

Identify repetitive steps in an existing process and build focused tools or integrations to reduce manual handling.

Project 01 / 02

APS Autogestion

Employee self-service for everyday HR workflows.

APS Autogestion gives employees a central place to access payroll documents, request vacation or leave, and consult company policies. I worked on this platform using a stack that includes Vue.js, TypeScript, Express, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Kubernetes.

What the platform covers
  • Payment receipts to download
  • Vacation and leave requests
  • Company policies to consult
  • Notifications
  • Configurable report templates
Stack
  • Vue.js
  • TypeScript
  • Express
  • PostgreSQL
  • AWS
  • Kubernetes

The platform brings together employee tasks and administrative tools, including notifications and configurable report templates. The recordings below show the employee home, vacation workflows, and letter settings.

Project 02 / 02

FastGym

Gym management, from the front desk to the cash count.

FastGym runs the day-to-day of a gym: members and memberships, payments, front-desk check-in, a point of sale, and cash register sessions. I built it as a multi-tenant web app with React, TypeScript, NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL, and as an Electron edition that works offline with an embedded database.

What the platform covers
  • Members and membership plans
  • Payments in multiple currencies
  • Attendance kiosk with face recognition
  • Point of sale with split payments
  • Cash sessions with counts and Z-reports
  • Reports with CSV export
Stack
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • NestJS
  • Prisma
  • PostgreSQL
  • Electron

Each gym runs its own registers, plans, and staff roles. Every payment lands in an open cash session, which is counted and closed with a Z-report at the end of the shift. The recordings below show the dashboard, a sale at the point of sale, a new member with a first payment, and a check-in at the kiosk.

About me

I’m a systems engineer working in software development, with experience across frontend, backend, and cloud technologies. My work includes employee self-service software, where interfaces and services support specific tasks such as downloading payroll documents, requesting leave, and managing internal information.

My main tools include TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, alongside AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. I work directly with businesses and teams on focused projects, from a single internal tool to a platform that needs its backend, data, and deployment set up properly.

  • Based in Managua, Nicaragua
  • 3+ years in software development

From interface to infrastructure

My experience connects the application layer with the services and infrastructure behind it.

Tell me about your project.

Tell me about the workflow you want to improve, the system you already have, and the scope you have in mind. A few lines are enough to start.

  1. You tell me what you need.
  2. I reply with my questions and how I would approach it.
  3. We agree on scope and timeline, and I get to work.
